Meet Your Coach: Sharron

Hello there!

I'm Sharron, an ICF accredited Confidence & Mindset Coach and Co-Tutor at Optimus Coach Academy. I am a member of the (ICF) International Coaching Federation and the (AC) Association for Coaching and I adhere to the ICF's Code of Ethics for Coaching.

Lets rewind <<<<<<<<<<

Prior to coaching, I have worked at various London Solicitor firms for over 20 years and am an Accredited Police Station Advisor. I am also a qualified Hairdresser and I have my own natural Hair Care Brand.

 

In one way or the other, all these roles have required me to have a listening ear without passing judgment or having bias, whether it's defending a client at the police station whose been accused of a serious offence or listening to the various stories/adventures of my clients in the hairdressing chair.

I understand the importance of confidentiality and value empathy. This serves me well in my role as a coach as it is imperative you feel safe and comfortable enough to open up, to enable you to get the best out of the session and make life changing decisions.
