DISC ASSESSMENT
DISC has been utilized as a behavioural assessment by businesses, organizations, trainers, and individuals since the 1920’s to help better understand people.
The DISC test, allows individuals to gain in-depth awareness of their unique behavioural styles. and that of family members, co-workers, and friends. Understanding behavioural styles helps you become a better communicator, minimize or prevent conflicts, appreciate the differences in others, and get the best out of your workers once you understand their preference on how they like to work and thrive.

DISC is a behavioural assessment tool.
The DISC assessment measures general behavioral style and preferences and helps you to understand why you, and others, behave in the way that you do.

What Does DISC stand for?
DISC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DISC model:

(D)ominance
(I)nfluence
(S)teadiness
(C)onscientiousness

People with D personalities tend to be confident and place an emphasis on accomplishing bottom-line results.
People with I personalities tend to be more open and place an emphasis on relationships and influencing or persuading others.
People with S personalities tend to be dependable and place the emphasis on cooperation and sincerity.
People with C personalities tend to place the emphasis on quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.


DISC Assessment £69

On completion of the online assessment, you will receive a detailed report about your very own behavioural preferences and behaviour traits. This is shown in three different forms as: Your public self; your private self; your perceived self along with an in-depth summary about your personal preferences. This report is yours to keep.

DISC & Coach Session £199
DISC assessment (taken before hand) followed by a 90 minute coaching feedback session of your report. Your DISC and your profile will be explained to you in detail – and you will be coached on anything that came up for you pertaining to the DISC report. We will look at how you can practically use this information in both your personal and professional life to your benefit.
