What is a Mindset/Life Coach:

 

A coach will partner with you to reframe your mindset, challenging your thoughts and beliefs, creating a shift, ultimately opening the gates for growth in all areas of your life. In essence we plant the seed, but you have to water it to see growth and change.

Is Coaching Therapy?

No. Therapy focuses on your past, whereas coaching is forward focusing meaning we partner with you to map out your key focus areas, propelling you forward to achieve your goals. Coaching is based on your accountability to your specific goals and actionable steps needed to implement them.

Will a Coach tell me what to do:

 

No (Shock/horror)

A coach does not tell you what to do. What a coach does do is bring the unconscious to the conscious, helping you break through your limiting beliefs, overcome obstacles holding you back and challenge you to think bigger and execute your goals. 

Where will the sessions take place?

 

Sessions are conducted via zoom video conferencing or if you prefer over the phone. If you invest in a package, you will have 6 x 60min coaching sessions with me, over 3 months (2 sessions per month). You will also get WhatsApp/Email support as needed.
